PRMconnect has created an event budget management tool that integrates with the Order Manager system.
Key features of the system include:
- Each budget is connected to an EVENT that appears on the Event Calendar.
- Budgets are broken up into any number of budget categories with some standardized categories and any number of custom user defined categories
- Each budget category can have multiple sub-categories under it
- Each category and/or sub-category can have multiple departments (no limit) that the costs for that category or sub-category can be broken up between multiple departments on either a percentage or a defined currency amount
- Overall, project and component reporting is available on a real time basis at any time.
- Access is controlled by specific user rights controls and overall security is insured by 256 bit SSL page encryption.
- Individual event, time frame based and overall reporting can be done on all the event budgets in the system at any time
